Diadrom is a Solution and Software Company with focus on Diagnostics of Autotech. The company was founded in 1999 and has most of the customer base in the automotive sector. Other customer sectors include MedTech, industrial machinery, defence, security, and public transport. Diadrom is traded on Nordic Growth Market NGM (ticker DIAH). The headquarters is in Gothenburg, and we have customers all over the world.

Viktor Eliasson began his employment as Sales and Marketing Manager in 2015, took over as Deputy CEO of Diadrom on January 1, 2019, and became CEO of Diadrom on September 2, 2024.

Education: B.A in Marketing, Dublin Business School, and Master in Business of Administration, Liverpool John Moores University.

Shareholding: 281.619 shares.

Magnus Larsson began his employment as group manager in 2016 and has many years of experience from AB Volvo.

Education: M.Sc Electronics, Chalmers University of Technology.

Shareholding: 26,000 shares.

Anders Oscarsson

Chairman of the Board

Anders Oscarsson has been a Member of the Board of Diadrom since 2024 and Chairman of the Board since 2026. Born in 1989, Anders holds a degree in Economics from Örebro University and has several years of experience in risk management and auditing from PwC Sweden.
He is active as an investor with a strong focus on the automotive sector and is also Co-founder and CEO of the real estate company Nielsen-Oscarssons Fastigheter AB. He is also a Board Member of Klimator AB.

Anders holds 200,000 shares in Diadrom. Anders Oscarsson is considered independent in relation to the company’s management and independent in relation to the company and its major shareholders.

Marie Bengtsson

Board Member

Marie Bengtsson has been a Member of the Board of Diadrom since 2026. Born in 1972, Marie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and has also completed leadership training at the Swedish Defence University. She has extensive experience from senior roles in finance and business leadership and has served as CEO and Group CEO of Advenica AB since 2019.
She is also a Board Member of SOFF (the Swedish Security and Defence Industry Association), Advenica Services AB, and MH Bengtsson Konsult AB

Marie holds no shares in Diadrom. Marie Bengtsson is considered independent in relation to the company’s management and independent in relation to the company and its major shareholders.

Henrik

Henrik Fagrell

Board Member

Henrik Fagrell has been a Member of the Board of Diadrom since 2026. Born in 1972, Henrik holds a PhD in Informatics and was Co-founder of Diadrom in 1999. He held several senior roles within the company until 2023, including CEO between 2008 and 2018 and Chairman of the Board between 2019 and 2023.
He serves as Member of the Board of RockoMotor AB and Quality Assurance Instruments International AB.

Henrik holds 368,933 shares in Diadrom. Henrik Fagrell is considered independent in relation to the company’s management, but not independent in relation to the company and its major shareholders.

Fredrik Ljungberg has been a Member of the Board of Diadrom since 2005. Born in 1970, Fredrik holds a PhD and is Associate Professor of Informatics, as well as Professor of Applied IT, with extensive experience from the consulting industry, research, education, entrepreneurship and business development.
He is Chairman of the Board of RTI Group AB, Scandidos AB, AB Apprecia and Reguity Group AB (publ).

Fredrik holds 964.583 shares in Diadrom through companies. Fredrik Ljungberg is considered independent in relation to the company’s management, but not independent in relation to the company and its major shareholders.

Henrik Kristensen

Board Member

Henrik Kristensen has been a Member of the Board of Diadrom since 2024. Born in 1967, Henrik holds a PhD in Business Administration from Lund University and a PhD in Psychology from the University of Gothenburg. He has extensive experience in finance and business development, particularly within fintech, and is one of the founders of Diadrom.
He is Founder and Senior Adviser to Reguity Group AB. 

Henrik holds 485,910 shares in Diadrom. Henrik Kristensen is considered independent in relation to the company’s management, but not independent in relation to the company and its major shareholders.
