About us

Diadrom is a solution and software company with focus on Diagnostics of Autotech. The company was founded in 1999 and has most of the customer base in the automotive sector. Other customer sectors include MedTech, industrial machinery, defence, security, and public transport. Diadrom is traded on NASDAQ OMX First North Growth Market (ticker DIAH). The headquarters is in Gothenburg, and we have customers all over the world.

Diadrom are specialists in diagnostics. We complement the customer’s project group with expert knowledge in diagnostics, e.g. central support systems, software loading, configuration or off-board tools, and lives up to our customers’ expectations through solid domain knowledge and a focus on always delivering high quality. Our customers’ challenges are ours.
Fixed price and time boxed projects
Diadrom also works with an overall commitment where we agree to deliver a certain functionality. This work usually takes place with our offices as a base where we lead the project. Proximity to the customer is important and we have frequent reconciliations to ensure that we work towards the right goal.
MAintenance of PRojects, SYSTEMS and products
After completing fixed-price projects, Diadrom offers continuous and efficient maintenance of delivered projects / products. The maintenance agreement is tailored to the customer’s needs and may include a maintenance team that supports the customer’s organization during implementation, improvement work and possible new development.
USE OF OUR PRODUCTS
Diadrom’s products are based on experience from all projects and consulting assignments we have carried out in Diagnostics. The products are used in projects and marketed to customers in the form of licensing and management transactions.

Quality- and environmental policy

Quality Policy
Diadrom is a consulting and product company in diagnostics of autotech; we work with all steps in the product's life cycle, from business analysis to aftermarket.

We have always focused on what is best for customers and take full responsibility for our deliveries. Our long-term goal is to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in our annual feeds.

Laws and regulations in the environmental field are the lowest level of requirements that must always continue. We want to contribute to sustainable development in society. We achieve this primarily through our involvement in our customers' various development projects, but also by conducting our own operations in a resource-efficient and energy-efficient manner.

All employees must be aware of what is stated in the policy and how it is to be applied.
